Do you do custom orders?
The answer is YES! I typically accept all custom requests as long as I can find the proper supplies and figurines needed to work on the piece. You can email me at WhySoCilious@gmail.com or message me on Instagram (@WhySoCilious) to get more information.
Are these real plants?
All the plants that I use in my pieces are artificial and the moss is preserved so there is no maintenance necessary. Woohoo!
Where do you get your figures?
Majority of the figures are sourced internationally, with many coming from Japan. I also keep an eye out on what's available from local sellers in my area. I find a lot of rare figures that way. I would recommend doing research online and also look to see what is available at your local marketplaces!
When will my order ship?
Each item is shipped through USPS from California, USA, and a tracking number will be provided for all orders.
- Processing time per order is 5-7 business days
- Delivery Times (After Processing)
- Domestic delivery: 5-8 business days
- Canada: 1-2 weeks
- International: 2-4 weeks
Please note the delivery days are an estimation based off an average of how long my packages usually take to be delivered. The actual delivery date is at the discretion of the Postal Service, as I do not have control of how long it may take after I have shipped the order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
I do my very best to pack each item as carefully as possible, but things can happen during their journey to you! If your order arrives damaged, please message me within 48 hours of the delivery. Please attach a photo of the damaged item and any other information that may be useful for me.
Returns
I will allow the return of items if they arrived damaged with proof. Most of the time I will need the item to be returned in order to identify the defect for quality control and refund processing.

I need a refund on my order. What can I do?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can message me to cancel your order and I will be happy to refund you. I understand that things can happen that's out of our control, and I am willing to help out where I can!
